Angelique serves as one of our Lead Educators on our Education Team. She provides inspiring instruction to our Jump’N Jig and Kids Club classes. She is also is a dancer in our adult program and a member of our Adult Club. She has been at Crossroads for 6 years and loves sharing her joy of dance with the kids.

She have been dancing since the age of four and growing up I studied; tap, ballet, jazz, pointe, and lyrical. She has a B.A. in Dance from Sweet Briar College with a concentration in Prek- 6th education. During college Angelique studied modern and contemporary dance.

After college she taught at a few local studios in the Richmond area and studied flamenco dance. She started taking Irish dance classes at Crossroads five years ago and have been in the Adult Club Group all five years and trained as an assistant teacher in 2024.

She currently work as a Lead Infant Teacher at a local early childhood center in Henrico, but has experience teaching dance to all age groups.

I grew up in Chesterfield County right down the street from Crossroads and my parents still live in my childhood house.
