At Crossroads Irish Dance, we believe dance is more than steps and rhythms, it’s about belonging, confidence, and joy. Since opening our doors in 2001 with just five students, we’ve grown into Richmond’s home for Irish dance, welcoming dancers of all ages and levels into a community that feels like family.
Here, every dancer is seen, celebrated, and supported. From preschoolers taking their very first leap to adults rediscovering their love of movement, our programs are designed to meet each dancer where they are—and help them grow further than they imagined.

At Crossroads Irish Dance, our mission is to foster life-long friendships, lessons, and a love of Irish dance that our dancers can take with them forever.
