Jigs & Swigs® is a unique social + fitness experience that builds community and supports local business. Led by certified instructors, each event brings together iconic elements of Irish dance such as posture and footwork in easy-to-follow patterns, modifiable for all levels.
The result is an addictive Irish dance-inspired workout suitable for everyone – from brand new beginners to experienced Irish dancers. To top it off, Jigs & Swigs® events are held at local breweries, distilleries & bars! Support a small business in your city while enjoying a well deserved post-workout pint with your new friends.

Join us at our studio this summer as part of our 6 week summer session. We will be offering a weekly Jigs & Swigs session on Mondays at 7:30pm. Purchase 1 class at a time OR….take advantage of our class pass packages.
